Agrarian reform can refer either, narrowly, to government-initiated or government-backed redistribution of agricultural land (see land reform) or, broadly, to an overall redirection of the agrarian system of the country, which often includes land reform measures. Agrarian reform can include credit measures, training, extension, land consolidations, etc. The World Bank evaluates agrarian reform using five dimensions: (1) price and market liberalization, (2) land reform (including the development of land markets), (3) agro-processing and input supply channels, (4) rural finance, (5) market institutions.[1]

Ben Cousins defines the difference between agrarian reform and land reform as follows:

Aleksandr-060686 [28]

Answer:

The approach Dr. Brian is using is:

A) The psychodynamic approach

Explanation:

The psychodaynamic approach in psychology focuses on how the unconscious forces and drives of a person influence his/her behavior. It also analyzes the conflict between such drives and society's demands. This approach tends to focus on early childhood, its experiences and traumas, as well as the different personality structures. Notice that Dr. Brian has found a link between Darcy's behavior and early childhood's experiences.

The psychodynamic approach includes theories by Sigmund Freud, Carl Jung, Alfred Adler, Erik Erikson, among others.

Ymorist [56]

Answer:

A) Bipolar Disorder.

B) DID (Dissociative identity disorder).

Explanation:

DID is a mental illness characterized by, at least, two different and relatively stable states of personality. Patricia, who happens to miss periods of time, has another personality (according to this example) called Priscilla. Priscilla is different from her because she was "the life of the party", and Patricia doesen't drink, is shy and retiring. This could also mean that she has a bipolar disorder, which is characterised by depression and abnormal mood swings. That could explain why Patricia, a shy and retiring person, is also Priscilla, the life of the party.

Describe the attempts and ultimate success at moving the papacy from avignon back to rome.
Firlakuza [10]

To escape the tyrannical atmosphere and factionalism, Clement decided to move the Pope's capital to Avignon in 1309. However, the strong influence of France undermined Papacy prestige, and in 1377 Gregory XI returned to Rome.

Avignon Papacy (1309-1378) was the time when the Pope's residence was moved from Rome to Avignon and was the property of the Pope's vassals. Fearing the rebellious Cardinal of Rome, Pope Clement V sought the protection of Avignon's French monarchy. This forced him to support the political persecution of the Knights Templar Philip IV.

Contrary to the wishes of France and some of his Cardinals, Pope Gregory XI returned the papacy to Rome in 1377. Returning to Rome was the most important act in the history of the papacy. The Cardinal elected a new Pope in Avignon. He became the first of a series of antipopes and led the division of the West.
