When she hears this she decides to take all her savings, go to the pharmacy and report that she wanted to buy a miracle. Dr. Armstrong, who was at the pharmacy did not understand what exactly the girl wanted, was when Tess told what was happening to her brother.

Touched by the story, Dr. Armstrong decided to treat Tess's brother for the price Tess could pay, which was very little, but very efficient.
