Explanation:

Supreme court is the supreme position holder or top of the country's judicial system which interpret the meaning constitution, its power. The Supreme Court has the distinct authority over land and in every field of constitution. In other countries also court plays a similar role in interpreting constitution.

The justice system of a country must be fair and equal to everyone. There is an orderly hierarchy to maintain the judiciary system through out. After supreme court there is high court, district court and lok adalat.
