Answer:

<h3>Therefore the angles of the triangle are 52.5°, 105°,49.5°.</h3>

Step-by-step explanation:

Triangle:

  • The sum of the angle of triangle = 180°
  • Heron's formula the area of triangle = \sqrt{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)}

s= semi-perimeter =\frac{a+b+c}{2}

Given that , first angle is twice the second angle, and the second angle is 30° larger than the third angle.

Consider the second angle of the triangle be x.

Then first angle = twice the second angle

                           =2× second angle

                           =2x

The third angle+30° =  second angle

⇒third angle= second angle -30°

                    = x- 30°

We know that,

First angle + second angle+ Third angle = 180°

⇒2x+x+x-30°= 180°

⇒4x = 180° +30°

⇒4x=210°

\Rightarrow x= \frac{210^\circ}{4}

⇒x=52.5°

Therefore the angles of the triangle are 52.5°, (2×52.5°),(52.5°-30°)

                                                                    =52.5°, 105°,49.5°

the price of an antibiotic in one drugstore is $19.50 and $16.25 in another write the ratio of the prices
damaskus [11]
Remember that ratios are essentially fractions without fraction bars...

If they asked to find the ration of 19.50 to 16.25 you would set them up like so....

19.50 : 16.25      -----> since fractions can be simplified so can ratios in the same manner

the ratio you would end up with is <u>6 : 5</u><u />

Ratios can be easily remembered and solved if you understand the link between them and fractions.

I hope this helps! :D

HELP PLEASE, Domain and range problem
pentagon [3]

Answer:

Range is number of copies produced and set of values is; 1 ≤ N ≤ 200

Domain; Cost of publishing book in dollars; set of values are; $710 ≤ N ≤ $2700

Step-by-step explanation:

Range is a set of all the possible output values in a function while domain is the set of all possible input values.

Now, the function is given as;

C = 10N + 700

Where;

C is the cost of publishing the book in dollars

N is the number of copies of books produced

Thus, the domain will be a set of N values while Range will be a set of C values.

We are told that the first printing can produce up to 200 copies of the book.

That means a maximum of 200 books and a minimum of 1.

Thus;

Range is; 1 ≤ N ≤ 200

Maximum possible cost of the 200 books is;

C = 10(200) + 700

C = $2700

Minimum cost which will be for 1 book will be;

C = 10(1) + 700

C = $710

Thus,domain is;

$710 ≤ N ≤ $2700

What do 2psi mean in a math class
Snowcat [4.5K]
Psi stands for pounds per square-inch.
It is a measure of pressure, and is the equivalent pressure of putting one pound on a square-inch of area.
For example, someone weighing 180 pounds standing on his feet, with a footprint area of 72 square-inches would exert a pressure of 180 pounds/72 square inches = 2.5 pounds per square-inch, or 2.5 psi.

Find the value of the variable using these steps.
Aleks [24]
0.4x+3.9=5.78 ⇒ subtracting 3.9 form both sides

0.4x+3.9-3.9=5.78-3.9

0.4x=1.88 ⇒ Divide both sides by 0.4

\frac{0.4x}{0.4}= \frac{1.88}{0.4}

x=4.7
