However Seoul could not withstand and falls, the seizure of territory almost occupies the entire peninsula. The United Nations led by U.S. forces with McArthur force the north divisions to be pushed back. When they get close to continue advancing to the north, China enters the war, causing U.N. forces to withdraw back south. A truce is set on the 38th parallel, 1953.
