Hi,

-6x + 14 < -28

-6x + 14 - 14 < -28 - 14

-6x < -42

-6x/-6 > -42/-6

x > 7

S = [ +infinity ; 7 ]

3x + 28 < 25

3x + 28 - 28 < 25 - 28

3x < -3

3x/3 < -3/3

x < -1

S = ] -infinity ; -1 [

2 = 3g - 4 (find g) please
lana [24]
Solve for g:
2 = 3 g - 4
2 = 3 g - 4 is equivalent to 3 g - 4 = 2:
3 g - 4 = 2
Add 4 to both sides:
3 g + (4 - 4) = 4 + 2
4 - 4 = 0:
3 g = 2 + 4
2 + 4 = 6:
3 g = 6
Divide both sides of 3 g = 6 by 3:
(3 g)/3 = 6/3
3/3 = 1:
g = 6/3
The gcd of 6 and 3 is 3, so 6/3 = (3×2)/(3×1) = 3/3×2 = 2:
Answer:  g = 2
