It was Angela Davis. It was alleged that the guns she owned were used to by suspects who took a judge and three jurors hostage and this led to the deaths of those involved. She was arrested and tried but was pronounced not guilty because even though she owned the gun it was not enough grounds to find her guilty of the crime.
