We have to find equation of line parallel to 2x-2y = 3 and passes through (7,4)

let equation of line be 2x-2y = k

Let's make it coinciding with (7,4)

2x-2y = k

2(7) - 2(4) = k

14 -8 = k

6 = k

So, Equation of line is 2x-2y = 6

4)We have to find equation of line perpendicular to -6y -4x = 18 and passes through (2,6)

As line is perpendicular,

4y -6 x = k

4(6) -6(2) = k

24 -12 = k

12 = k

So, Equation of line is 4y -6x = 12
