What Is Warranted

Who Is Covered by the Warranty
The warranty covers the original buyer of a GraphicsPro system who provides proof of purchase, including the original receipt.


What Is Not Warranted
The warranty does not cover any GraphicsPro system used for anything other than importing graphics into a document.


What Voids the Warranty
The warranty is void under the following conditions:

Extent of Warranty
Any defective GraphicsPro system must be returned to TechnoWorks Industries, P.O. Box 1201, New York, NY 10003, at the buyer’s expense within three years of the date of purchase. Call the IT department for GraphicsPro technical support at 800-555-2000 and obtain an RMA (see Special Notes) number prior to sending the defective system. Any shipment received without an RMA number will be returned to the sender. You will receive a replacement GraphicsPro system of the same quality within two months. We will try not to inconvenience you for very long.
