You could write about all of them because they all help to further the story. I might choose tybalt because he is the main guy who has a problem with romeo. You will need topics for each paragraph and strong beginning section and thesis and a nice closing paragraph. Stay away from using to much of the obvious things and throwing in a few quotes won't hurt. And DON'T FORGET to cite it! That is very important, unless your teacher doesn't make you do that but in high school they typically tend to.
