English

Ethics & principles are rules that we make up because we like them. Principles like 'enlightened self interest' can help, but being subjective, ethics have no universal footing. In contrast, morals are rules that define right and wrong willed conduct. Morality is not arbitrary or subjective.

Some persuasive texts rely on common but faulty forms of reasoning. Which term refers to these faulty ways of reasoning?
Simora [160]
Since they are faulty, they are fallacies, and the common name for them is logical fallacies. An easy example of such a fallacy would be overgeneralization for example, where you take one example and make a statement that all other members of the same class will behave in the same manner because of that one person.

How might Romeo and Juliet’s relationship be different had Romeo and Juliet met at the age of 25 instead of 15? Imagine how thin
MatroZZZ [7]

Answer:

The differences between Romeo and Juliet define them. One of the differences is their families. Both of their families are at war. Because of this hatred, Romeo and Juliet's relationship will be at risk. In Juliet, Romeo finds a legitimate object for the extraordinary passion that he is capable of feeling, and his unyielding love for her takes control of him. Juliet, on the other hand, is an innocent girl, a child at the beginning of the play, and is startled by the sudden power of her love for Romeo.
