So basically it's asking you to tell them your reaction(how you feel/felt about it) to the things Shakespeare wrote. What do you think his legacy(His story) endures(goes through). In what ways did his impact( the way he made people feel and the ways he changed people) be overstated(exaggerated). Think of word that Shakespeare wrote that YOU have READ OR SEEN, INCLUDING BOTH  FIVE PLAYS AND FILMS, what impact did the words have on you (how did they make u feel did they change you in anyway) That's all it's asking.
