Corresponding angles are defined as angles that are on the same side of the  transversal (given the lines are parallel, which they are) and are on the same side of the parallel lines. Choices D, E, and F are angles on the same side of the transversal and on the same side of the parallel lines.

Find the slope of the line that is parallel and perpendicular <br><br> -7x-2y=4

now, what's the slope of a line parallel to that one above?  well, parallel lines have exactly the same slope.

What is the midpoint between (3, -1) and (7,-5)
Alex Ar [27]

Answer:

(5, -3)

Step-by-step explanation:

given two points (x₁, y₁) and (x₂, y₂), the midpoint is (\frac{x_1+x_2}{2} ,\frac{y_1 + y_2}{2})

(\frac{3+7}{2} ,\frac{-1 + -5}{2}) = (\frac{10}{2} ,\frac{-6}{2}) = (5, -3)
