1st - defined with easy physical activities, like walking, jogging, climbing stairs
2nd - defined with moderate exercise like dance classes and swimming.
3rd - covers intense exercise like tennis, basketball, and volleyball.

Answer:

Aerobic activity is the type of exercise that represents low impact or effort activities in a medium to large lapse o time, while anaerobic physical activity represents a high effort in a short period of time.

Explanation:

To understand better the answer we need to analyze both concepts in a larger way. First of all, aerobic activity is also known as cardio because it helps your cardiovascular system to improve and keep healthy, they are also low effort exercises that are performed in a large amount of time. While anaerobic activity is a set of exercises that require big effort in a short period of time, they are all types of lifting and weight-related exercises. Both can be good if applied in an ideal way.
