Anesthesia is the answer. Anesthesia reduces pain as well as preventing it.It enables a painless performance of a procedure causing too much pain if no anesthesia is given. I would probably try to incorporate good fruits and veggies to their daily meal. Go on a bike ride or have some outside activity time and get them in a sport that requires physical activity.
I play tennis lots and am a very hard core athlete. Unfortunately static is not the answer. Static is what you want to do after a workout. Before you start a Workout, you want stretch in a way to loosen your muscles up and warm your body up in general. This will require moving around. We can eliminates static and all of the above.
