Nouns are naming words. Nouns give names to people, places, things, and ideas. We use nouns to name everything we know around us: what we can see, taste, and touch, and what we cannot—emotions and concepts. They can be made to show plural (more than one) or possession (ownership of something). All nouns can be divided into two major groups: common nouns and proper nouns.
Metamorphosis is a biological process which involves sudden and abrupt changes in the body structure of the animal by cell growth and differentiation. It is generally observed in amphibians and insects. Examples: frogs and butterflies.
