Part 4 is also similar to the claim since it talks about economy and talks around generally a large populace. Individuals are segregating against these human beings just because they are distinctive. Even though some individuals will be brutal against those with incapacities. But some individuals are abled to discover ways to avoid it. I think the author included part 4 because so people can open up and help people with disabilities because everyday individuals with disabilities face discrimination and prejudice.
