SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME ASAP PLEASEEEE!!!!!!

Mathematics

Answer:

i maybe wrong

Step-by-step explanation:

I think you take the formula (x+3, y-4) and u replace it with the P and Q points

so (2+3)=5

and (4-4)=0

and the same with the Q point

so its -3 + 3 = 0

and 2-4 = -2

so now u have

P' = ( 5,0) and Q'= (0,-2)

now the slope for that is also 2/5

What are the zeros of the function f(x) = x2 + 8x + 4, expressed in simplest radical form?
Katyanochek1 [597]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

assuming it is x^{2} +8x+4

Using Quadratic formular -

a - 1

b - 8

c - 4

x= \frac{ -8 -,+ \sqrt{(8^2) - 4 (1)(4)}}{2(1)} \\\\

x = \frac{-8 +,- \sqrt{48} }{2}\\\\

x = \frac{-8+,- 4\sqrt{3} }{2}

x = {-4+,- 2\sqrt{3} }

Let C(x) be the cost to produce x batches of widgets, and let R(x) be the revenue in thousands of dollars. R(x) = − x² + 6x, C
Musya8 [376]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Let C(x) be the cost to produce x batches of widgets, and let R(x) be the revenue in thousands of dollars.

R(x) = -x^2 + 6x,\\ C(x) = x + 4.

Profit function = Revenue  - cost

So we get profit function by subtracting C(x) from R(x) using algebraic method of subtraction.

Profit function of x

= Pr(x) = R(x) -C(x)\\= -x^2+6x-x-4\\=-x^2+5x-4
