B- The people did not have immunity against the disease. Smallpox had not been introduced to that region before so the people there were not adapted to it, and their immune systems weren’t able to fight it. This was used as biological warfare by the european settlers.

US: The US wanted its 14 points to become the image of the League of Nations. However not all of these 14 points were met and the US soon returned to its isolationist pre-war policy.
