Answer:

It ended permitted segregation in public and working spaces

Explanation:

One of the biggest victories in the Civil Rights Movement, the Civil Rights Act completely banned the segregation that was running rampant through America. Additionally, it outlawed employment discrimination. In other words, someone wasn't allowed to be turned away from a job just because they were black(though this still happened often).

¿Por qué se dividió en virreinatos en América del Sur?
taurus [48]

Answer:

How and why did Europeans’ understanding of the natural world and human society change in the early modern period?
weqwewe [10]

The change in the understanding of the natural world and human society was led by the concepts like Renaissance and Reformation in the early modern period.

Who were Europeans?

Europeans were those people who lived in Europe such as french, dutch, Portuguese, Britishers, Danes etc who came to trade and acquire the territories of the other nation in order to establish political power.

Renaissance led to the rebirth of the European civilizations which had the impact in the modern era in terms of politically, socially and economically. Industrial revolution took place in Britain which was followed by the french revolution in 1789.

PLEASE HELP- What is the impact of precedence in the office of the president? Introduce and develop a claim about the friction b
Alla [95]

Answer:

The President in the executive branch can veto a law, but the legislative branch can override that veto with enough votes. The legislative branch has the power to approve Presidential nominations, control the budget, and can impeach the President and remove him or her from office.Separation of powers, therefore, refers to the division of government responsibilities into distinct branches to limit any one branch from exercising the core functions of another. The intent is to prevent the concentration of power and provide for checks and balances. The branches must both cooperate and compete to enact policy. Each of the branches has the power to check the other two, which ensures that no one branch can become too powerful and that government as a whole is constrained. In theory, the legislative branch is the most powerful because it can override a presidential veto, remove the president from office, begin the process of amending the Constitution, and defund a presidential initiative. In practice, I would say that Congress has become the weakest branch.
