The basic difference is that confederalism is a system where the central government is always quite weak whereas in federalism the central government can be quite a bit stronger. In a confederal system, the "lower" levels of government (states, for example) have all the power.

Search engines usually refer to links to paid listings as "paid". A banner ad is an ad that appears in a box on a page (usually at the top of the page, but sometimes on the side or bottom of the page).

White raven [17]

Answer:

C

Explanation:

Communication is established when there is one person or more who have an idea to communicate, and a person or more who listen to it. If the idea isn't clearly explained, or understood, there isn't communication, because the listener wouldn't understand what the speaker says, and to foster the understanding, it's often necessary to negotiate a shared meaning.

Explain why nanny's horizon was so restrictive for janie and what led to its great expanse at the end. use at least two examples
lidiya [134]
"So Janie waited a bloom time, and a green time and an orange time. But when the pollen again guilded the sun and sifted down on the world she began to stand around the gate and expect things. What things? She didn't know exactly...The familiar people and things had failed her so she hung over the gate and looked up the road towards way off. She knew now that marriage did not make love. Janie's first dream was dead, so she became a woman".
This has been my favorite quote because it is simply wonderful. The image of pear blossoms reminds me of the innocence that youth brings. The idea of becoming a woman because her dream has been destroyed is such a complex idea. Much like the pear blossoms and their pollen, Janie has to learn to go with the wind, role with the punches. When the pollen is dispersed through the air, Janie knows that time has run out for love and that she must grow up.
