• "Public fear of anarchists and foreigners led to false accusations"
 • "Rally leaders were illegally arrested and convicted"
 • "A peaceful labor rally ended with a bomb exploding"

Explanation:

The Haymarket Affair (otherwise called the Haymarket Massacre, Haymarket Riot, or Haymarket Square Riot) was the fallout of a bombing that occurred at a work exhibition on May 4, 1886, at Haymarket Square in Chicago.

The rally started on 4th May and Albert Parsons, August Spies, and Samuel Fielden addressed the crowd who gathered for a peaceful negotiation of the worker's rights estimated from 600 to 3,000 in a open wagon near square on Des Plaines Street.

After the rally started, police arrived in group at around 10.30 pm and ordered the crowd rallying to disperse. Home-made bomb filled with dynamite was thrown in the path of the police coming towards them. At once after the bombing, gunshots were exchanged.

Arrest and conviction:

 • 8 agitators were accused of plotting and doing the shelling (despite the fact that proof against them was powerless)
 • 4 were hung, 1 self-murdered in jail, 3 were detained until John Peter Altgeld drove their sentences in 1893

Answer:

Advances in assembly line mass production

Large-scale production reduces costs of automobiles

Growth in personal automobile ownership

Commuters face traffic congestion

Explanation:

After the First World War, the car became one of the main transport vehicles. Thanks to the introduction of conveyor production, car models available to people with average incomes occurred.

A revolution in the American automotive industry was made by T model of Henry Ford, who used the American standardization system on his conveyors. Thus the era of continuous production began. In 1908, Ford launched the Model T with a 20 horsepower engine. The demand for this model was so great that already in 1912 a new plant was built for its assembly in Michigan, exemplary for its time.

The conveyor method gave a giant acceleration to the production of cars - 1000 per day or more, and also led to a reduction in the production costs.

An individual car has become a more massive means of transportation than public transport. The car, in turn, caused a revolution in the road business, influenced urban planning principles, stimulated the growth of the metallurgical, glass, rubber, paint and varnish and oil industries, and a car service industry arose.

Describe ghana's road to freedom and struggles since independence
olganol [36]

Ghana became an independent state on March 6, 1957, when Britain relinquished its control over the Gold Coast and Ashanti, the Northern Territories Protectorate, and British Togoland. In 1957 Ghana became the first African country to gain independence.

The independence of Ghana, appeared to be a mirage, until the United Gold Coast Convention was birthed on August 4, 1947 at Saltpond; thankfully, its formation became the springboard towards our attainment of Statehood.

The independence of Ghana was not realized on a silver platter; as a matter of fact, it took years of struggle, pain, disappointment, betrayal, and even deaths before we were able to gain freedom from our colonial overlords—the British. The patriots, who sacrificed their energy, resources, and lives deserve commendation and must be celebrated.
