Answer:

Explanation:

Cost of equipment - $200,000

Residual value  $ $10,000

Depreciable amount - ($200000-$10000) =190000

Straight line depreciation rate = 1/5*100 = 20%

Depreciation = 190000*20%=38,000

Double declining balance = 2*20%*200000 =80000

Income statement (straight Line )                 Double declining

Gross profit                    $400,000                  $400,000

Operating expense       $180,000                    $180,000

Depreciation                   $38,000                      $80000

PBIT                                  $182,000                    $140,000

Tax (30%)                          $54600                      $ 42000

Net profit                          $127400                      $98,000

2)As depreciation is a non cash expenses , using different types of depreciation does not yield any cash savings.

It can only yield differences on the profit as seen in the income statement

Are Boolean Operators More Efficient Than Filtering Options?
AleksAgata [21]

Answer:

When you use LinkedIn automation tools with basic filters, it will extract profiles, and you still need to check which ones are relevant to you. With Boolean search operators based on the specific keywords and ‘yes’ ‘no’ ‘or’ options you specify. These operators can get complex, and there are so many ways you can use the combinators to find exactly what you have been looking for.

mart [117]

Answer:

Their combined future value will be 8,141.59.

Explanation:

Each deposit is invested at 12%, but for a different amount of years. So, the best thing would be to separate the three, calculate their value at the end of the third year for separated, and then obtain the grand total by adding up the results.

  • First deposit = 1,200. It is invested for three years. The value at the end of year 3 is 1,200*(1.12)^3 = 1,685.91
  • Second deposit = 2,200. It is invested for two years. The value at the end of year 3 is 2,200*(1.12)^2 = 2,759.68
  • Third deposit = 3,300. It is invested for one years. The value at the end of year 3 is 3,300*(1.12) = 3,696.00
  • The sum of the three deposits is 8,141.59.

otez555 [7]

Answer:

E) Superordinate goals

Explanation:

Superordinate goals refers to goals that in order to be achieved, require that opposing or confronting sides of a negotiation process start to work together. Penny must be able to break down barriers in order to encourage people on opposite sides to view each other as people wanting to work and a company trying to do business, instead of someone or some group that we just dislike. That is essential for overcoming the differences that exist between both groups.

ss7ja [257]

Answer:

49.6 days

Explanation:

The average inventory days outstanding is an example of an activity ratio. Activity ratios measures the efficiency with which comapnies carry out their daily tasks

The average inventory days outstanding = number of days in a period / inventory turnover

inventory turnover = cost of goods sold / average inventory

Average inventory = (6,852 + 7,036 ) / 2 = 6944

$51,098/ 6944 = 7.365

365/  7.365= 49.6 days
