The cartoon did by Herb block and published in the 1950s.HUAC was questioned by Herb Block after the Second world war.

Explanation:

  • Fred Ferguson, NEA's president, questioned what he described the cartoonist's "involvement" and what Herb Block described "anti-isolationism."
  • Ferguson ordered him to New York in springtime 1942 to consider their differences.
