Don't have kids while your life is unstable. My parents had me while my dad was getting his second degree. I grew up in a college apartment with ants, flees, and lice! I grew up with nothing and I'm still technically a child.

- Overproduction of sebum leads to an accumulation in the follicle.
- P. acnes metabolized glycerol in sebum, forming free fatty acids.
- Free fatty acids stimulate the release of pro inflammatory cytokines within the follicle.
- The blood vessels surrounding the follicle dilate and become more permeable.
- Immune cells such as neutrophils and phagocytes move into the follicle to try to eliminate P. acnes.
- The build up of dead cells, bacteria, and body fluids causes a raised pustule on the skin surface.
