On planet Earth there are many different land forms, such as, Coastlines, Dunes, Rivers, In Mountains, Glaciers, Deltas, and Lakes. The state of Florida a state located in the south-east of The United States. This state has a few of these attributes like Coastlines, The Florida Coastline is at sea level, and if it had no sand dunes (another of a few attributes it consists of) There would be no beaches in Florida. Deltas are located at river mouths. They usually exist at the mouth of a river entering an ocean. When a river slow down they are no longer confined within a river channel, there speed is slowed and the river deposits sediment which builds up and extends out from the shore to form a delta. Florida contains more than 30,000 lakes that cover a little more than 3million acres of land. The lakes range from very small to the nation's fourth-largest natural lake, 448,000-acre Lake Okeechobee, Not to be confused with the Okefenokee Swamp. The only attribute on this list not found in Florida are glaciers. Glaciers can NOT be found in Florida but they are related to it. They are related by melting and and the water eroded the land to form a peninsula what is Florida.
