Answer:

Haiti's population density

Haiti's weak government

Explanation:

On January 12, 2010, a 7.0-magnitude Richter earthquake struck the country, causing a series of injuries, homelessness and deaths. Several buildings collapsed, including the presidential palace of the capital Port-au-Prince.

According to the US Geological Survey, the earthquake occurred about 10 kilometers deep, 22 kilometers from Port-au-Prince. This first earthquake preceded two others of magnitude 5.9 and 5.5. This has caused great destruction in the Haitian capital region, it is estimated that half of the buildings were destroyed, 250,000 people were injured, 1.5 million people were left homeless and the death toll exceeded 200,000.

This earthquake has aggravated Haiti's social problems, several people are using the streets as housing for fear of another tremor and the consequent collapse of houses. It really happened on January 20th. This new earthquake occurred in the southeastern part of the country, just under 60 kilometers from Port-au-Prince, and toppled some of the buildings that had been shaken as a result of the Jan. 12 quake.

Drinking water, food and medicine are not enough to meet the needs of the population. With this scenario, a wave of looting occurred in the country, as well as clashes over food purchases.

As the result of hundreds of years of assimilation with Spanish culture, the most common religion in Latin America is __________
Evgen [1.6K]

The correct answer is - B. Roman Catholicism.

The Spanish people, with their arrival and settling in Latin America, brought with them their culture as well, and one big part of their culture was their religion. They were practicing the Roman Catholicism, and still are, being one of the ''biggest believers'' in the Christian faith nowadays.

The Spanish encountered multiple civilizations in this region, and after they conquered them, they started to assimilate them, some of which forcefully. Over time, their assimilation turned out to be a success, so the most dominant religion, by far, in Latin America is the Roman Catholicism.
