But I think that, in general, the main contribution of the Renaissance, the Reformation, and the Scientific Revolution was to allow the man to see himself as important. His creations, his ideas, beliefs, and points of view were now praised, and not seen as a sin. About the values, well, I believe that respect, otherness, praise for the science as an answer, cultural diversity are some examples of good values. But at the same time, it began to raise an egoist society, that seeks the development whatever it takes.

Explanation:

The Renaissance allowed a new perspective about art, putting the man as the central, and the one who can change reality. However, created an art style that dominated the world until the 19th century, avoiding any other creation. At the same time, the Renaissance created an egoist perspective of man, proud, and eager.

The Reformation gave the man the freedom to understand God as he wishes, but created an intolerant human being.

The Scientific Revolution could explain how the world works but created a human being that doesn't understand the world anymore. I mean, the seek for riches, development and scientific approach, somehow, blind the man, and created an eager and intolerant being.

For a cloture: 16 senators must sponsor the bill.Article V of the Constitution prescribes how an amendment can become a part of the Constitution. While there are two ways, only one has ever been used. All 27 Amendments have been ratified after two-thirds of the House and Senate approve of the proposal and send it to the states for a vote. Then, three-fourths of the states must affirm the proposed Amendment.One of the main reasons for the 1787 Convention was that the Articles of Confederation required the unanimous consent of all 13 states for the national government to take action. This system had proved unworkable, and the newly written Constitution sought to address this problem.

Back then, the technology advancement , especially in agricultural sector, significantly increased the total production. This cause the demand of overall labor decreased. The northern US, who utilized more of this advancement more than their southern neighbor, manage to produce hundred times more output than the southern who still depended on their slave labor
