In order to grow microorganisms or eukaryotic cells. the culture variants are approximately the same (temperature, salinity, gas pressure (O2, CO2), the nutrients present in the culture and the lighting for cells practicing photosynthesis).

Cell transplantation is a process in which eukaryotic and rudimentary cells are developed under dominant conditions like temperature (generally 37°C), nutrients, and gas like O2 or CO2. In general, cell transplantation refers to the transplantation of cells from multicellular organisms, especially animal cells.

Why do scientists use the scientific method
Arte-miy333 [17]
The scientific method is a process of steps in order to get a conclusion. First, a scientist will observe something. It could be really anything. Then he/she will ask themselves a question. Like how does it do that? Or why does it do that?

Then they will form a hypothesis. This is where you will ask yourself what will be the outcome of the experiment.

Next you actually perform the experiment. If the experiment comes out as your hypothesis predicted, then you accept your hypothesis.

If not, you reject your hypothesis.

Of course, in science you just don't do one experiment. You do it multiple times and even with different circumstances.

Alkaptonuria is an infrequent autosomal recessive condition. It is first noticed in newborns when the urine in their diapers tur
Arisa [49]

Answer:

See the answer below

Explanation:

Let the disorder be represented by the allele a.

Since the disease is an autosomal recessive one, affected individuals will have the genotype aa and normal individuals will have the genotype Aa or AA.

Since the four adults are carriers, their genotypes would be Aa.

                    Aa x Aa

Progeny: AA 2Aa aa

Probability of being affected = 1/4

Probability of being a carrier = 1/2

Probability of not being affected = 3/4

(a) The chance that the child second child of Mary and Frank will have alkaptonuria = 1/2

(b) The chance that the third child of Sara and James will be free of the condition = 3/4

(c)

(d) If someone has no family history of the disorder, their genotype would be AA.

                 AA x aa

                        4 Aa

The chance that a child with alkaptonuria will have an offspring with alkaptonuria if the child's mate has no family history = 0

(e)

(f) The chance that a child with alkaptonuria will have an offspring with alkaptonuria if the child's mate has no family history = 0

A nurse uses maslow’s hierarchy of needs to plan care for a patient with mental illness. which problem will receive priority?
Bad White [126]
The problems that will receive priority are the physiological needs such as air, food and water.
Maslow's hierarchy of needs is a theory in psychology which organizes people's needs according to their priorities. It is represented as a pyramid with five steps which include: physiological(at the base), safety, belongingness, esteem and self actualization.
The physiological needs at the base of the pyramid are the first priorities.
