How does honesty contribute to effective leadership?

History

Well this is not a answer choice question but I will try my best to help you.

Well with honesty and a team, its best to be honest with your teammates or members because dishonesty can lead to chaos, end friendships/relationships, and even start untrue rumors. Its important to be open with your team so they can try to help you and know you're being honest with them, and this can be like the domino theory in history, if one nation falls others will too but its like a better version for this, if u show honesty to your teammates they will keep showing it around to others, this is just information I learned from TV so no copyright or plagiarism here, but showing honesty puts a good rep on you and people can respect and trust you.
