Community organization is a process through which the welfare needs of a community are met, the whole community is treated as a unit.

The first step is the acceptance of the community by a social organizer, - (Gaining the interest of the community) -, when going to the field, must meet with people of different cultures and groups. You will have to explain your interests in the welfare of the community.

The community organizer must have to explore the internal and external resources of the people to start a support group. It will inform people with the problems they face and will bring solutions to these problems by using their own resources.

To recognize the dignity of each individual, the social organizer must create an environment of bestowal to them, helping others to accept responsibility. The individual needs to know their duty and responsibility on social welfare. Then, the idea of individualization creates awareness among people to work better for the community.
