Sure I got you. Personally, I have a few artworks that speak to me and I hope they speak to you too. Personally, Van Gogh speaks to me because I am a huge space fan so, seeing his paintings really expressing the true beauty and uniqueness of stars and the sky, attracts me to his work. I hope this can speak to you and I hope this helps youuuu. :)

1. St. John the Baptist, painted by Leonardo Da Vinci, is a true reflection of Renaissance art. This saint, otherwise historically and religiously known as strict, with strict life principles, is shown here in a friendly manner. With a smile on his face, pointing his finger, he shows us his message in the spirit of humanism, naturally and without drama.

2. The Metamorphosis of Narcissus, painted by the surrealist, Salvador Dali during his critical phase, depicts the myth of Narcissus and its metamorphosis, which is reflected in the depicted egg with a narcissus flower at the top, as well as the shape of the outline in the sky in the background with contours that resemble Narcissus. This picture speaks of the indestructibility of the idea and metamorphosis regarding the appearance, but the idea remains eternal.

3. White House at Night by Van Gogh, is a composition dominated by light, although it is night. There is a motive of the moon, or something that is the source of a bright and positive feeling as a blessed gift. It shows inner light, internal strength that are in conjunction with the motive of the white house, the light attracts light.

Explain how reversal and recognition occur in "Antigone" and which character goes through this and HOW. Must be at least two par
trasher [3.6K]

The explanation of the reversal and recognition that occur in "Antigone" is the reversal of fortune.

This is shown as Creone is transformed from a position of power and pride to one of humility and disgrace based on the tragic events that occurred to him.

After his downfall, it is clear to see that recognition occurs to Creone as he experiences anagnorisis or recognition.

What is Recognition in Narration?

This refers to the switch in a story or narration where a character becomes acutely aware and he changes from a state of ignorance to awareness.

Hence, we can see that recognition occurs to Creone in the story as he is the King of Thebes and he is proud and very powerful when he decides to uphold his law which Antigone broke, his pride becomes the source of his downfall.
