Answer:

Arise, my soul, on wings enraptur'd, rise

To praise the monarch of the earth and skies,

Whose goodness and beneficence appear

As round its centre moves the rolling year,

Or when the morning glows with rosy charms,

Or the sun slumbers in the ocean's arms:

Of light divine be a rich portion lent

To guide my soul, and favour my intent.

Explanation:

Neoclassical Poetry is a type of poetry, which follows the pattern of poetry authored by the poets of ancient time i.e., Greek and Rome.

Answer: Simplicity

Explanation: Love, death, marriage, loneliness, nature: themes common to the daily life of humans, mixed with simplicity of reading, without exaggerated refinement, are some of the characteristics contained in the literature and especially in neoclassical poetry. They could be arranged in sonnet form with decasyllable versions, using the optional rhyme. The Latin expressions carpe diem (seize the day) and locus amoenus (pleasant place) are quite common in the writing and interpretation of these poems. The language created is very clear, with impeccable and noble grammar. The form is not as strict as in classicism.
