The Condensation stage of the water cycle is where water vapor collects together into clouds (and when the clouds become heavy enough with vapor, it releases water as rain).So, if there was NO condensation step in the water cycle, there would be no vapors. Then if there are no clouds existent, it will not rain. To continue, clouds bounce sunlight, accommodating to cool the Earth. So if there are no clouds, the average/normal temperature of the Earth will rise considerably.
