Answer: Hello! Apparently, you question seems to be incomplete. Fortunately, we were able to find the complete version of it, so here it goes:

"Ease of Hiring Foreign Labour" is defined as "To what extent does labour regulation in your country limit the ability to hire foreign labour? (1 = very much limits hiring foreign labour, 7 = does not limit hiring foreign labour at all)." This variable touches on the globalization of labor in our increasingly integrated world. Order the countries below from the easiest to hardest in hiring foreign labor.

USA, China, Ghana, South Africa, Brazil, Mexico.

USA, China, Mexico, Ghana, South Africa and Brazil, in the exact order of easiest to hardest. It is easy to notice that the bigger exporters such as USA and Chine hire foreign labor to make hiring cheaper and have more workers. The other countries tend to have more laws in order to try to protect their own economies so they can become as competitive to the big exporters as they can. This strategy concerns using their own workers as to fortify the production scale, not hiring foreign labour.

They'll likely be confused because they have no surrounding context on the president, no context on the way their government works, nor the conflicting beliefs of the people and of those in power.

Explanation:

Think of an only child reading about a story with a huge family and the dynamics between the character and siblings, they'll wonder if that's how it actually is since they've never experienced it before.
