marissa [1.9K]
You would want to divide the 86 feet by the 8 artist so you would do..
86 feet / 8 artists = 10.75 feet per artist

For the second part 10.75 would fall between 10 and 11

.<br> Round 12.5829 to the nearest hundredth. Rounded number = ___
Savatey [412]
The hundredth's place is the second number after the decimal. In order to round to such place, you look at the number after it. For example, the number in the hundredth's place in 47.9025 is 0. In order to round, you must look at the number after it, in this case 2. Since 2 is less than 5, the 0 will not be rounded up and remain 0. The answer to your particular question is 12.58.

Use the distributive property to write an expression that is equivalent to: 3(x + 5)
lana [24]

Answer:

3x=15

Step-by-step explanation:

Here's what I found on google about the distributive property-

To “distribute” means to divide something or give a share or part of something. According to the distributive property, multiplying the sum of two or more addends by a number will give the same result as multiplying each addend individually by the number and then adding the products together.

Now for the math-

3(x+5)

distribute the numbers-  3(x)+3(5)

solve-  3*5=15

3x+15
