Legal education and professional experience in the practice of law are not sufficient to guarantee the independence of the rotten judiciary within the state. Although the judiciary is independent, other blocks related to the constitution and defense of the country's laws are necessary to maintain this independence, such as the existence of highly qualified professionals, security of information and services provided by the judiciary, separation of the judiciary from legislative and executive powers, among others.
