  1. Nutritional choices
  2. Smoking Tobacco
  3. Unprotected Sex
  4. Not having proper vaccinations
  5. Drinking alcohol in excessive amount
  6. Physical inactivity

There other factors that determine an individual’s sickness or dysfunction like physiological factors which include obese or being overweight, high blood pressure and high blood sugar. Demographic risk factors also play an important role in determining an individual’s health like gender, age, religion and occupation of a person. There are factors like environmental and genetic risk factors.
