Once we know who we are and what are our strengths, it is time to figure out what we are after. There are so many different jobs that it is impossible not to lose track if we don't learn how to segmentize them.<span> 3. Getting to Know the Job Market - </span>A. Discovering career trends, transferable skills, and lifelong learning. It would be futile to pursue a career in a completely unprofitable field. So, we need to get acquainted with the trends, so we could get what we want and make a living from it.<span> 4. Getting Ready for a Career - </span>B. Choosing and making plans for a career of interest. This is the next phase, when we need to focus on pursuing the career of our choosing.<span> 5. Getting a Job - </span>E. Writing resumes and applications; handling interviews. This is a technical process that requires much practice and many failures from which we need to learn. We should invest much time in it - as much as we will need when we finally land a job.<span> 6. Keeping Your Career Going - </span>D. Conducting research, interviews, and job shadows. Once we land a job, it is just a beginning. We should always keep an eye on any possibility for improvement, promotion, or even changing jobs. We should never miss a chance to learn new things from our colleagues.
Nobody really ever pays attention to me and forgets me. I feel the ways she feels in the video but I wish someone would fell that way for me. I want someone to care and not act like they do. I want somone who will be by my side 'til the day I die.
