Answer: Polymerase chain reaction.

Explanation:

The polymerase chain reaction can be defined as the technique which is used to amplify the amount of DNA that is available.

The DNA in small quantity is amplified in order to increase the amount so that the optimum amount of DNA is made available for testing.

For testing the sample of DNA, there must be an adequate amount of DNA  which can be tested. This is reason why PCR must be performed to amplify the amount.

Here also, the amount of the dodo DNA will be amplified by the process of PCR for testing purpose.
