1 A song show: This is a tv program where the contestants have to sing different songs to move to the next phase, the contestants do this for money of fame.

2 A game show: is a tv program with several contestants that have to perform different activities, play games, or answer questions to win a prize.

3 A children's programme: is a show for kids with lots of colors, songs and a simple plot for them to understand and learn.

4 A sports programme: is a show with people that talk and know about sports, they can talk about the performance of a sportsman, the results of a game, or a specific sport.

5 An educational programme: is a programme with information about different things, such as history, science, geography, etc. They are designed for anyone interested in a certain topic.

6 A religious programme: its purpose is to talk about religion, to pray and worship God, they are designed for different religions.

7 A science programme: it aims to explain the new scientific developments with simple words and techniques for society to understand and be informed.

8 An agricultural report: it aims to show statics for wheat, corn, soy, etc and inform with precise information about the prices or problems of agriculture.

They are all shows or programs that broadcast on the television or that can be found on the internet. Every single one of them has a purpose that is different from the other, in general, we can say that shows aim to entertain the audience in different ways, while programs aim to inform the audience. They are all designed with specific content and designed for a certain audience.

1 A song show: a television programme where participants go and sing different types of songs with the option of being selected and moving on to the next stage.

2 A game show  : a television programme where participants apply and participate following a set of rules, doing different tasks ( it could be questions and answersor performing different tasks) with a price to the one who wins.

3 A childrens programme : a show made for kids, usually with children´s songs, games, a lot of colour, animals as characters and participation of the families.

4 A sports programme : a programme devoted to different types of sports, with interviews, analysing the scores, goals and different performances. There are generally a lot during the Olympics or the World Cup.

5 An educational programme : a programme where the goal is to learn about a specific topic. Generally with guidelines and interviews with experts. It could be about geography, math or different cultures.

6 A religious programme : a programme devoted to analysing the words of God ( independently of which religion it is).


7 A science programme : a programme where new inventions and new developments are shown and explained. By scientists and for everyone. generally with interviews and the person in charge of the experiment, shows it in public.

8 An articultural report: if what was meant is an agricultural report, it is a report where a center publishes statistics on crops, new seeds, production in different countries.
