You cannot kill tigers because they are on the endangered list. They need to reproduce and no one can hurt them because if people kill them they may become extinct. We could also make sure that the one's that are in the wild, people are caring for them and not killing them<span />

Photochemical smog is a chemical reaction of sunlight,  nitrogen oxides and volatile organic compounds in the atmosphere and i believe it can be found in the ground level ozone.
