Liberty bonds helped the government of the United States to bear the wages and the cost of the war and these bonds were collected by the people of the United States on the home front to support the World War I effort.

Further Explanation:-

Liberty bonds were the ones that were collected by the people of the United States within themselves and that was done in order to help and support the military of the country in order to bear the cost which it faced financially during world war 1. People saw this as a patriotic duty and it also introduced the idea of the financial securities as these securities were given to the people of the country during the same period. Some of these liberty bonds are used even today. It was during the period of world war 1, the most common way to support the country through liberty bonds was through saving stamps.

People who used these bonds and stamps to support the war also used to get their money back from the government with interest and that was another reason that people used to help the government in war as it was seen as a medium of savings. The organizations which initiated this movement started liberty loan drives all over the United States and meetings and rallies were held everywhere.

US war bonds helped the war effort by raising money for the federal government.

Further Explanation:

During World War II, the US government started with the sale of war bonds. War bonds were bought by American citizens all over the country. This helped to give the government the necessary funds to use during the war. The money generated through war bonds helped to pay for military equipment and resources for soldiers.

These bonds also benefited American citizens. Citizens who bought bonds were paid back with interest after World War II was over. This one of many factors that helped the United States economy fully recover from the Great Depression, as the money used by the government for war materials resulted in increased employment opportunities for Americans in war related industries.

What was the primary body of water used for travel and trade in the Hellenistic era
Nataly [62]

The correct answer is - Mediterranean Sea.

During the Hellenistic era, the most important and busiest body of water was the Mediterranean Sea. This was due to the location of it, because it was a sea on which shores where the biggest and greatest civilizations at the time.

The civilizations in the Mediterranean region were all using it for multiple purposes, trading, military actions, exploration, fishing, for communication... This led to an extensive usage of the sea from a very early point in the human history, and that has continued over the centuries.
