if these resources  were not replenish-  no water would be available from condensation of evaporated water from the soil in the terrarium, and the plant will wither

If the soil is not mixed aeration will be poor,  microorganisms will die,and good growing conditions will  not be provided for growth.

<u>Generally  a saleable glass container or open glass container which  contain plants growing on a layer of soil , which can be accessible for maintenance is called Terrarium.</u>
