While magna carta was drafted by baronial rebels in 1215 it waz the 1st document of its kind to be forced on an English king on its subjects , john waz called the worst of the English kings ..... . The Magna Carta was also a document that really only protected the noble people can gave them special rights that the king could not interfere upon. The nobles drafted the document and the common citizens were not represented.
