<em>The earning of any country is called GNI. It includes the earning of both foreign and local nationals of the country. These nationals may be residing in the country or living abroad in another country. </em>

<u>GNI is also known as Gross National Product.</u>

  • According to the graph, <em>United States has the highest gross national income other than the unique trade agreement signed between different countries called NAFTA</em>. This agreement came into effect on 1st January 1994. Multiple countries gain different benefits from it. Their names are Canada, Mexico and the United States of America.  

  • The purpose of this agreement was to make North America a bilateral trade zone. Every six years this pact is renewed between the above-mentioned countries.

  • According to its law, executive power is given to the cabinet composed of Federal Chancellor and several other ministers.

  • While the president of the country has limited ceremonial powers only. This means if the Federal Chancellor needs to be replaced, they can ask the President to dissolve the parliament as a whole for reelections.

Federalism has many advantages. One of the major ones is the empowerment of states. This gives them the ability to make their own decisions and contribute to the country's economy. Their sentiments towards their country, however, remain the same.

<em>This leads to political stability and pragmatism. Since a country like Germany that has a huge population and vast land under its control, it needs more people to handle its official matters. This distributes power among the people and stops the way of tyranny. </em>

  • Germany has many political and economic advantages being a member of the European Union. As this allows trade to take place in Euro which means the interest rate on various things is pretty low.  

  • Also, Germany has a fantastic manufacturing industry when it comes to tech, chemicals etc hence it produces a lot of daily use items at a very cheap cost. This flourishes the local market and local consumers to spend more money when compared to China or the United States.

7. Answer:

There are many pros and cons to being a member of the European Union. One of the few main ones are <u>overcrowding due to immigration, costly membership, conflict among policies, problems related to the use of single currency. </u>

  • Being a member allows the people of any member country to move easily from one country to another under the rules of immigration, hence there is always a crowd of people wanting to avail this chance of migration.
