The Georgia’s river basin consists of a geographical area of hillsides, valleys and plains from which water flows into the primary river that has a network of small tributaries and streams. The fourteen river basins of Georgia are made up of the Savannah, Ogeechee,Altamaha,Satilla,Oconee,Ocmulgee,Ochlockonee,Flint,Coosa,Tennessee,Tallapoosa,St.Marys,Suwanee and Chattahoochee rivers.
