Answer:

As the human population rises, more and more forests and other habitats of animals are being destroyed to make room for the increasing population of humans. Such activities has led to the extinction of many species as their habitats are being destroyed completely. Some of the plant and animal species are at the verge of extinction because their habitats have been destroyed.

Humans should help increase the population of the endangered species by making habitats for them. For example, Salmon fish is one of the most consumed fishes by humans. Nowadays, some of the countries have artificially made aquacultures to raise these fishes before they become endangered or extinct.
