Balfour Declaration contributes to tension between Jews and Arabs as it allowed unlimited Jewish Emigration.  

<u>Further Explanation:- </u>

<u>The conflict between Israel and Arabs is known to be a modern Phenomenon and it is known to have its roots in the ending period of the 19th century.</u> This conflict has always been an international issue by the time of the birth of Israel as a country. Over many past years, Israel and Arab have been part of five full-blown wars against each other and in addition to it, there have been various numbers of minor conflicts between the two nations. <u>The Balfour Declaration which was signed in the year 1917 also stated that the Government of Britain was in support in regards to the establishment of a national home that had the majority of Jewish people in Palestine.</u> This very issue further rose the tensions between the two nations as the Arabs who used to live in the Mandate district of Palestine and the Jews who emigrated to that district during the ottoman period were not ready to accept this. <u>After this, there was another agreement namely Faisal-Weizmann agreement and that agreement promoted the corporation between Arabs and Jewish in regards to the Jewish national homeland which was to be established in Palestine</u>.

The reson was that this declaration gave international recognition to the Zionist movement and promised them a Jewish state in the land of Palestine.It allowed unlimited Jewish emigration and that  led to <span>dispossession and exile of the Palestinian people from their own land</span>
