A few good ways to talk about yourself--->>>

To mention a few things...you could talk about your personality, your hobbies, what kind of a person you are (charismatic, intriguing), what you love to eat, your family, just you in general; don't be shy...it's you you're talking about, and you know yourself more than anyone else!

This is in third person PoV (likely omniscient to be precise). This is known because the readers know almost every thought and emotion of each character.
